At TereCare, we are dedicated to providing you with products that effectively address your oral care needs. We stand by the quality of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If, after 14 days, you are not fully satisfied and are within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at support@terecare.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will likely be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation is made within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of our products and suggest trying them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days, within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at support@terecare.com. To expedite your return, kindly provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as product damage if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@terecare.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, or other shipping-related problems. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
