Order Processing Times

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times depend on several factors, especially your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is crucial to ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may lead to delayed processing or even order cancellation. If our system detects any issues with your address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we don’t receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances like product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays may also cause shipment delays. If any issues arise with your order that could lead to a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that TereCare is not liable for any delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always keep you updated on your order status and assist you in resolving any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once we hand over your package to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@terecare.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. Most courier companies have a claims process for such situations, and they may require additional information from you. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please note that TereCare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.

In some cases, the courier company may be able to locate and deliver your package. If not, we recommend filing a police report.
